If you are a person that wishes to surrender a collie due to its health problems, please don’t ask us to take the dog. We are sympathetic to your problem and would be more than willing to help you try and solve the problem through the proper channels; but please don’t ask us to take your collie and have it euthanized for you. We are here to help collies that are in a life and death situation as a result of being in a shelter/humane society.

We will take owner surrenders if space is available. We must have CURRENT medical records, which include, rabies, spay/neuter, heartworm check and dhlpp. If these do not accompany your collie than a donation will need to be made to offset the cost of medical treatment.
